Set out from Dun Laoghaire aboard Billy Goat, a fast 300hp RIB, with an English-speaking guide, warm waterproof gear, life jackets, and binoculars. You will see Dun Laoghaire Harbour, Martello Towers, Dalkey Island, mansions, seabirds, seals, and perhaps dolphins.
Travel from Dublin with a private guide, possibly Diana, to Wicklow Head and Wicklow Town. Walk sea cliffs, look for seals and birds, visit historic sites, enjoy a tea and pastry picnic, and explore Wicklow Gaol for €11.50 extra.
“Had a wonderful time with Diana. She was informative and fun. Her knowledge of the area was very evident. She is also extremely knowledgeable of the areas plants and birds. My husband and I enjoyed a hike along the sea with wonderful views of the cliffs and water. We also saw seals with their pups. The scenery was very impressive. It was a great hike.
